AMROCK's history goes back to 2003, when the founder Amir Sajjadi setup Fund Analytics in London with the aim of providing independent unbiased portfolio solutions to institutions and pension funds. During the Great Recession of 2008, the company's flagship fund, the FA European Conservative, produced a return of 7.23%; the only fund that produced positive return in its category in that year.

In 2016 Sajjadi founded AMROCK with a aim of providing independent and unbiased asset management to institutions and private clients in the Netherlands. AMROCK is headquartered in Amsterdam with offices in The Hague. The company is registered with the Autoriteit Financiƫle Markten (AFM) under the light regime and is focused on delivering superior investment performance at a reasonable cost.
